The casings that we use, printing-inks and all other constituents match the highest standards and EU Directives for ecological properness and suitability for packaging of food products for human consumption. (Certificates) Printing on casings is possible for the range of diameters between Ø36 – Ø140.
As the final phase of converting, MAJAMI shirrs and packs the casings in lengths of 20 to 40 meters in special nets that are 30 to 50 cm in length, which can easily be fitted onto automatic filling machines. This greatly speeds up the procedure of filling the casings with processed meat foodstuffs by the client. Shirring is possible for the range of diameters between Ø36 – Ø120.
In all of the phases described above, the casings are converted by modern machines and equipment for pre-press, printing and shirring.
